Combined smoke and heat detector ZI-HSD 1015

By combining photoelectric smoke and thermal sensors in these detectors, it is possible to identify both smoke and heat. The thermal sensor is designed and manufactured in accordance with the EN 54-5 standard, in class A1S. Ambient smoke detection is also done through photoelectric signal processing. The use of these types of detectors can reduce the costs of fire alarm systems.

The circuit used is two-layer metallized fiberglass with SMT technology. A layer resistant to moisture, vapors and corrosive substances is provided on the circuits. Specialized programming, the use of reflective boxes, and the use of professional processors have caused no false alarms to occur in these detectors; It means achieving false alarm removal technology (F.A.P).

Two standards must be considered simultaneously for the design and production of combined detectors sensitive to smoke and environmental heat. The requirements of Iran’s national standards No. 3708, 3709 and 3710 as well as all the subsections of the international standards EN 54-5 and EN 54-7 have been studied by ZITEX engineers and have been precisely implemented on the design and production of this product. The nature of the smoke caused by the ignition of different materials can be slow-burning, fast-burning, white and black in color, and combined detectors have a good performance for all these smokes, and in addition, it also analyzes the ambient temperature and in case of an abnormal increase in temperature will announce the fire.
