Pressure adjustment valve

Features of Ariacoupling pressure adjusting valve:

  • Production in two exit angles of 90 and 135 degrees according to standard requirements
  • CNC machining of the body and accessories with limited tolerances
  • Use of high-quality sealing gaskets that are resistant to wear and corrosion.
  • Use of accessories and small parts of steel and brass in order to prevent corrosion due to constant contact with water.
  • Using Cup-V washers in the central shaft for stronger sealing
  • Central shaft screw system for more accurate sealing
  • Has hydrostatic test certificate up to 50bar pressure
  • The ability to remove the pressure regulator and use the valve at the maximum working pressure.
  • Pressure strength test up to 80Bar
  • Working pressure: 16 Bar
  • Test pressure: 32 Bar

In high-rise buildings, firefighters face the problem of low water pressure. The water pressure in the lower floors is more than required and the pressure in the upper floors is less than the standard. The pressure regulating valve provides balanced and stable pressure for all floors by controlling the excess pressure in the lower floors and directing the excess pressure to the higher floors.

Aryacoupling pressure regulating valve is a tool for controlling water pressure in fire extinguishing facilities. The pressure adjustment valve with flow control controls the pressure and keeps it at a specific level. As a result, by adjusting the pressure at the considered level in the lower floors, additional pressure is directed to the upper floors and the possibility of using sufficient pressure in the higher floors is provided. It should be mentioned that by removing the fuse, the pressure regulator system is removed from the circuit and the pressure regulator valve can be used at the maximum working pressure.
